My therapeutic approach begins with the client’s self-knowledge and understanding of their cultural background. My goal is for clients to feel that the therapy space is a safe one—where genuineness, acceptance, and respect are valued.

Together, we will work as a team. Throughout this process, you can learn to express your emotions and develop a genuine sense of self. I also want you to feel proud of working on your mental health for a better future.

My clients describe me as a genuine and approachable person, a quality that helps them feel comfortable, informed, and secure throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create an environment where clients look forward to their sessions and feel actively engaged in their personal growth.

My therapeutic focus is working with adults aged 18 and older through individual therapy. I have experience helping clients with situations such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, major life stage changes, grief, cultural adjustment, couples’ difficulties, separation/divorce, work stressors, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, abuse, and other areas of impact.

From an early age, I developed an interest in studying human behavior, as there were psychology books in my home that captured my attention. After pursuing my goal of studying psychology, I completed my doctoral degree. Working remotely has allowed me to expand my reach and connect with clients in environments where they feel most comfortable and at ease.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) since 2012. I am offering individual therapy services through a virtual remote practice for clients in Florida. I am a professional who values responsibility, punctuality, and communication. My primary language is Spanish, and it’s the language I prefer to offer my services.
