As a therapist, I use different techniques: -Solution focused approach to therapy which means that we focus on what the client wants rather than what the client has been through. - CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) - EFT

My role is to lead them through the process of identifying where they want to go, what they need to do, and how they can achieve their goals. I ask questions and challenge them—I want my clients to feel confident and empowered about the changes.

My goal is also to help my clients feel excited about growth and change!

I specialize in working with people who struggle primarily with anxiety disorders, entrepreneurs who are need support as they work to grow their businesses, people struggling with life changing events, and people looking for ways to reduce stress
