My goal is to provide a calm, caring and practical presence while we work together towards your goals. I hope to provide an environment where you feel accepted and comfortable while working together.

Work together to identify areas of difficulty, strengths, and come up with a practical plan of improving your quality of life. We will recognize successes and strengths, and build on these to improve other areas.

Kind, nonjudgmental, and practical. I believe my clients view me as a trustworthy and compassionate partner in their journey. I recognize it is intimidating for many people to begin therapy, and I aim to ease that worry starting with the first session.
